Return Policy
  • Eligibility: We accept returns on unworn, undamaged jewellery within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
  • Eligibility: If you need to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Process: Once we receive your original item, we will send out the replacement at no additional cost. If the new item differs in price, we will either refund or charge the difference accordingly.
  • Exchange Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, but we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Custom Orders: Custom-made jewellery and personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Sales Items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
